On 2 April 2009, I received a phone call from a representative from Portfolio Recovery (PR) to ascertain the location of my ex-husband, Mr. Romone Gabriel. The PR representative officer made a false statement advising my ex-husband had provided my phone number as his home number and wanted to obtain an alternate phone number to contact him. I advised the PR representative, Mr. Gabriel and I were legally divorced on 26 September 2000 and we have not resided in the same residence since 1998. Consequently, his statement was false and my phone number needs to be removed from Portfolio Recovery's records immediately.

Any future calls or correspondence I should receive from any Portfolio Recovery representative concerning my ex-husband, I will construe it as harassment and will begin to weigh my legal rights.
